Double Kick was created in 2023 to fill a need for chic, minimalist apparel and accessories for those that leaned toward the darker side - metalheads in particular. With each piece designed or curated by our founder, it has since expanded to include artwork, home decor, and more.
The Founder
Sara Kraus is a contemporary artist and creative director based in Portland, Oregon. After graduating with a degree in photography, she spent over a decade working in branding and marketing before prioritizing her passion for art and curating (and metal music).
An allegory of emotion and atmosphere, her work explores the intersection of contemporary art and ancient ritual. Her paintings can be found in private collections throughout the United States, Canada, Australia, Europe, and Asia.
